Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges of original artwork sold by de Montigny Contemporary Inc.
2. SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free delivery within Ottawa-Gatineau. Otherwise, please email the gallery with the final destination at info@demontignycontempoaray.com and include information regarding the Work(s) of Art of interest.
3. DUTY
Canadian Customers - no duty costs apply!
US Customers—Original, Canadian artwork is entitled to enter the US duty-free. However, in order for US customs to release your shipment into the US, a Tax ID or Social Security Number may be required. We cannot anticipate any additional fees individual states may require for web purchases after the fact.
Other Countries- Most nations allow the importation of original artwork without duty. If unsure, check with your Country's Duty policies.
4. PAYMENT
de Montigny Contemporary Inc. uses various forms of payment, including secure credit card processing, PayPal, and e-transfer. You will receive an email receipt to confirm the acquisition along with a letter of provenance.
5. VERIFICATION
de Montigny Contemporary Inc. will confirm that the purchase price paid on PayPal matches our records (master price list) before shipment. If there is an unusual discrepancy, the purchaser will be fully refunded the required amount.
6. AVAILABILITY
In the unlikely event that a Work of Art of is sold in the gallery just prior or simultaneously to us receiving the online sale e-mail notification from Paypal, the client in the gallery shall have first rights to purchase and you will be fully refunded.
7. CURRENCY
All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.
8. PRIVACY
de Montigny Contemporary Inc. does not disclose collector' information to third parties.
